To begin

Welcome to your app

This guide is here to walk you through, step by step. Whether you are very comfortable with a phone or not at all, you will understand everything. We move slowly, screen by screen.

Simple first

Every action is explained with clear words and the exact path to follow in the app.

Mobile and desktop

We show you both, and above all the difference, so you never get stuck.

Made for you

If something could be confusing, we take the time to spell it out. No one is left behind.

The contents

Tap the part you want to go straight to it.

The starting point

On phone or on desktop?

Digifeel works both ways, and it is the same account. You log in with the same email and the same password everywhere. Here is simply what each one brings.

The mobile app

On your phone, every day

Perfect for day-to-day tracking, fast and always in your pocket.

  • See your numbers and your reviews
  • Reply to Google reviews
  • View, edit and add a plate
  • Manage your subscription and your profile

The desktop version

At app.digifeel.io, in your browser

The big screen unlocks the most complete tools, more comfortable to use.

  • Everything the mobile does
  • The multi-link page to customize
  • The detailed reputation analysis
  • The audit of your Google listing, point by point

How to open the desktop version

Open your usual browser (Chrome, Safari, Edge), type app.digifeel.io in the top bar, then log in with your email and your password. It is the same account as on the phone.

Install the Digifeel app

It is free, on iPhone and on Android. Open your phone camera, point it at the code, and the app opens on its own. You can also simply tap the button.

Prefer your computer? The app also works from your browser, at app.digifeel.io.

The right habit

Day to day, the phone is enough. When you want to polish your multi-link page or read a full analysis, settle in front of a computer. You will see it bigger and clearer.

The menu

The tabs tour

At the bottom of the phone screen, you have a bar with five icons. That is your main menu. Here is what each one does, in order.

The bottom bar, on your phone

Dashboard

Your home page. Your key numbers, your latest activity and your shortcuts.

Tab 1

Businesses

Your Google listings. This is where you link your business to pull in your reviews.

Tab 2

Products

Your NFC plates and cards. View them, edit them, add more and track scans.

Tab 3

All your Google reviews in one place, to read and reply to them.

Tab 4

Your current plan and the options to move up a level.

Tab 5

Top right, the small circle with your initials. Your account, your settings and logging out.

Top

On desktop, it is the same but on the side

The desktop version has the same tabs in a vertical menu on the left, plus the Multi-link page and the Reputation. The names are identical, you won't get lost.

The key step

Connect your Google account

This is the most important step, by far. Until your Google account is linked, the app cannot fetch your reviews. It is the number one reason when a customer tells us "I don't see my reviews".

See no reviews? Start here

In almost every case, the Google connection has not been made yet, or it dropped. Follow the steps below, your reviews will then appear on their own.

Link Google in three steps

  • 1

Open the Businesses or Reviews tab

You will see a large blue and white button with the Google logo.

    Continue with Google
  • 2

    Tap "Continue with Google"

Choose the Google account that manages your business. It is the one you already use to reply to your reviews on Google. Approve the permissions requested.

  • 3

    Let the app work

Digifeel pulls in your listing and your reviews automatically, twice a day. Your first reviews may take a few minutes to appear, that is normal.

Which account is the right one?

It is the Google account that owns your business listing, in other words your Google Business Profile (formerly Google My Business). If in doubt, it is the Gmail address you use to manage your business on Google.

Still nothing after connecting?

Check two things. That your business is selected in Businesses, and that you actually have published reviews on Google. If so and nothing shows, write to us at contact@digifeel.io, we will look into it with you.

Your home

The dashboard, fully explained

As soon as it opens, you land on your dashboard. A few colored boxes sum up your situation. Here is what each number means, in plain words.

  • Biz. The number of business listings linked to your account.
  • Avg. Your average rating on Google, out of five stars.
  • Received. The number of reviews received over the period.
  • Answered. How many of those reviews already have a reply from you.
  • Auto replies. The replies sent automatically (an option of the paid plans).
  • Response rate. The percentage of reviews you have replied to. The higher, the better.
  • Scans. The number of times your plates or cards have been scanned.
  • Active. The number of plates in service and ready to use.

Further down the same page

You also find your quick actions (like adding a plate), your recent activity and the list of your recent plates. Everything is within thumb's reach.

Your listings

Your businesses

A business is your Google listing, the one your customers see when they search for you. This is the tab where everything gets linked.

Add your first business

  • 1

    Open the Businesses tab

If nothing is linked yet, the app offers to add one.

  • 2

    Tap "Continue with Google"

Connect your business's Google account. Your listings are imported automatically.

  • 3

    It is linked

Your rating, your reviews and their history update on their own. You have nothing left to do.

Import from Google

Your Business listings linked to your account come straight into Digifeel.

Rating and history

Automatic tracking of your average rating and all your reviews, day after day.

Centralized replies

You reply to your reviews without ever leaving the app.

Several businesses?

You can link several businesses to the same account. Tracking several locations in one place is one of the benefits of the Network plan.

Your products

Your plates and your cards

The Products tab gathers your NFC plates and cards. You see their scans, you can edit them and add new ones. Let's look at it all in detail.

See a plate's details

Tap a plate in the list to open its page. Here is what you find there.

  • Scans. How many times this plate has been scanned.
  • Active. The green dot means the plate is working.
  • Redirect link. The address the plate sends your customers to leave a review.
  • Code. The few letters printed on the back of your plate, its unique ID.
  • Business. The listing this plate is attached to.

Edit a plate

Want to change the business a plate points to? It is quick.

ProductsYour plateEdit plate
  • 1

Open the plate then "Edit plate"

The blue button is right at the bottom of the page.

  • 2

    Choose Search or Manual URL

With Search, type your business name and address then pick the right result. With Manual URL, paste the link directly if you already have it.

  • 3

    Tap "Set up plate"

That is it. The plate will now send your customers to the right listing.

Add a plate or a card

Products+ Add

Tap Add at the top of the Products tab, or "Add a plate" from the dashboard. Enter the code printed on the back of your new plate, link it to your business, and it appears in your list right away.

Card or plate, same principle

Whether you have a plate for the counter or a pocket-size card, managing it is identical. We simply call it a "product" in the app.

Your reputation

Your Google reviews, view and reply

The Reviews tab gathers all the reviews left on your Google listing. You read them and reply to them without leaving the app. Replying, even briefly, always makes a good impression.

Automatic sync

Your Google reviews are pulled in twice a day, with no action on your part.

Suggested replies

A personalized reply suggestion is offered for each review (paid plans).

Real-time alerts

You are notified the moment a negative review comes in, so you can react fast and well.

Reply to a review

  • 1

    Open the Reviews tab

Your list of reviews appears, from newest to oldest.

  • 2

    Tap the review to handle

Read the message, then write your reply. You can also start from the suggestion offered and adjust it.

  • 3

    Send

Your reply goes straight to Google. Your response rate climbs, and your customers notice.

Replying to reviews on the free plan

The free plan lets you reply to 5 reviews from Digifeel. Beyond that, to keep replying directly from the app, you need to move to a paid plan. Reading your reviews, however, always stays available.

Your reviews don't show here?

It is a sign that Google is not linked yet. Go back to the Connect your Google account section and follow the three steps. Once linked, your reviews come in on their own.

Your storefront

The multi-link page

The multi-link page is a small page in your name, already built. Not to be confused with a website, which has its own domain name. You gather your useful links on it (reviews, socials, contact) and share it with a single link. It is most comfortable to manage from a computer.

  • Views and clicks. How many people saw your page and clicked your links.
  • Add links. Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or any other link, so people find you everywhere.
  • Share your site. An address to copy and share, or to print on a plate.
  • Edit the page. Change the content and colors so it looks like you.
Your business
Your reviews and your socials, in one place

How to share it

In the Multi-link page section, you have a Site URL and a Copy linkbutton. Paste this link in your posts, your email signature or a message to your customers. You can also link it to a plate so a simple scan opens your page.

Frequently asked questions

The issues we hear about most often, with the fix each time. Tap a question to see the answer.

Nine times out of ten, your Google account is not linked yet, or the connection dropped. Go to Businesses or Reviews, tap Continue with Google and choose your business's account.

Sync happens twice a day, so your reviews may take a few minutes to appear. If nothing comes, check that you actually have published reviews on Google.

Open the Products tab, tap the plate, then the Edit plate button at the bottom. Choose Search to find your business by name and address, or Manual URL if you already have the link. Finish with Set up plate.

In Products tab, tap + Add, or use the "Add a plate" shortcut on the dashboard. Enter the code on the back of your plate, link it to your business, and it is added to your list right away.

The total appears on the dashboard, and the per-plate detail is in the Products tab, on each plate's page. The Active box with a green dot confirms it is working.

It is the same account and the same information. The phone is ideal day to day. The desktop, at app.digifeel.io, unlocks the most complete tools like the multi-link page, the reputation analysis and the detailed audit of your listing.

Reviews tab, tap the review, write your reply (or start from the suggestion offered), then send. Your reply goes straight to Google.

Everything happens in the Subscription tab. Choose Monthly or Yearly, tap Continue to move up. It is commitment-free and cancelable at any time from this same tab.

On the login screen, use the reset link to receive an email. Once logged in, you can change it in Profile, section Security.
