Getting started, step by step

Scan the QR code on the plate
Once you receive the plate, open your phone camera and scan the QR code printed on it. No special app is needed.

You land on the app
You are redirected to app.digifeel.io. The very first time, you are asked to create an account. That is normal, the plate is not linked to you yet.

Create your account
Enter your email address, your country and a password, then confirm the sign-up. Your personal space is created.
- 4
Enter the activation code
These are the few letters printed just under the QR code on your plate, for example GKNMJ. Type them into the app.

Search for your business
Type the name and address of your Google listing. Can't find it? Click "I can't find my business". You can also name your plate, that is optional.
- 6
Confirm, and you're done
Your plate is set up and ready to use. From now on, every customer who taps it is directed to your review page.

Creating your account is completely free. It is what links your plates, your reviews and your mini-site, all in one place.
